A 30-minute call

Deadline close? Three-working-day turnaround is +£150, if we have the capacity; we'll tell you honestly before you pay.
If the draft isn't usable, you don't pay for it. Tell us within 7 days of delivery what fell short and we'll refund you in full.
What you should know before you use us
What we do
- Read the whole tender pack, including the specification, scoring guide and terms
- Plan each answer against what earns the marks
- Draft in plain, specific English within the word limits
- Flag every gap where the buyer wants evidence you haven't given us
What we don't do
- Promise that you'll win. Nobody honestly can.
- Invent case studies, figures, accreditations or staff
- Price your bid or complete your pricing schedule
- Submit on your behalf. You stay the bidder.
We use AI to draft and people to check. Every claim comes from evidence you give us. If a buyer asks whether AI was used (central government can, under PPN 02/24), you can answer truthfully: yes, reviewed and approved by us and by you.
Questions
Which tenders are a good fit?
Services and works contracts up to around £250k from councils, NHS bodies, schools, universities and housing associations: cleaning and facilities, repairs and maintenance, construction, training, care and support, consultancy. If a tender is mostly decided on price, we'll say so in the free brief.
What does the free brief contain?
The contract, value and dates; how quality and price are weighted; each question with its word limit and marks; the pass/fail requirements, such as insurance levels and accreditations; and our view on whether it's worth your time. It's yours to keep whether or not you use us.
How do I pay?
By PayPal invoice once you decide to go ahead. You can pay by card without a PayPal account. We start drafting when it's paid.
What happens to my documents?
We use them only for your bid. We don't use them to train AI models, and we delete them 90 days after the tender closes unless you ask us to keep them for your next bid. See the privacy notice.

If you tell us what you do and where, we'll point you to live tenders that match, free. That usually comes with the brief.
